Our Approach
-
Community Care
We believe core solutions in accessible mental healthcare are right here in our communities. We prioritize creating accessible community care programs such as virtual support groups and events so that we can collectively support our wellbeing.
-
Breaking Barriers
One of the largest barriers to seeking mental healthcare is financial. Through our mental health grant program and the promise to make all of our events free, we hope to increase accessibility of mental health resources and tools.
-
Empower Through Education
Through educational resources, from downloadable toolkits to shareable social media posts, we aim to empower people to seek mental healthcare by lowering barriers of entry. We also aim to unpack critical social and systemic issues that impact mental healthcare. We believe that to empower means to make accessible.
