We believe that community care is a crucial part of mental healthcare. Asian Mental Health Project offers Stay in, Check-in every Wednesday as well as multiple other free, facilitator-led wellness groups for community healing hosted on Zoom.

Asian Women & Femmes Wellness Group
A safe space for individuals who identify as Asian women and femme identifying Asian folks to connect with their community to discuss taboo topics related to identity, sexuality, and mental health. Educational topics will be presented by two professionals followed by open discussion. Topics may include: body image, hyper sexualization and fetishization, sex and intimacy, and empowerment.

Asian Adoptee Empowerment Circle
A free virtual space for folks 18+ who identify as an Asian adoptee. This space aims to foster support and empowerment around navigating identity and experiences as an Asian adoptee. This space explores the complex and intersecting identities Asian adoptees share through dialogue in a brave space.

Shikor (Roots) - Peer Wellness Group Pan-Asian Caregivers, Providers, and More
A safe space for Pan Asian caregivers, community leaders / organizers, and helping professionals across the diaspora wanting to tend to individual needs and plant roots in a supportive community that is nourishing.

Wednesdays Weekly. Hosted by Asian Mental Health Project, "Stay in, Check-in" is a series of free weekly wellness circles for folks to learn from educators in mental health and wellness, as well as unpack feelings regarding current events.

A bi-weekly space for those who identify as Asian men or masc-identifying Asian folks to check in with themselves and their community. Led by Lowhi, this peer space explores how cultural backgrounds and masculinity affect how we interact with the world.
